John Pettinati has over 20 years in the restaurant business. He has been employed with Whole Foods Market for the past 15 years. He has worked along the east coast from Florida to Boston, Massachusetts. John is extremely passionate about serving clean food. He is striving to make Maine Street Coastal Cuisine a restaurant free of artificial ingredients. Wherever possible, he believes in local sourcing of high-quality food. Originally from the Northeast,  John believes that maintaining your health begins with clean food.
