He has worked along the east coast from Florida to Boston, Massachusetts. John is extremely passionate about serving clean food. He is striving to make Maine Street Coastal Cuisine a restaurant free of artificial ingredients. Wherever possible, he believes in local sourcing of high-quality food. Originally from the Northeast, John believes that maintaining your health begins with clean food.
