Main Street Coastal Cuisine is a diamond in Cartersville Georgia. No where else can you find fresh seafood prepared anyway you want. John, the owner, ensures that he provides only the freshest seafood, changing the options daily. Everything from the lobster mac and cheese, warm delicious bread and the entrees are a feast to enjoy. This a great place for couples and families alike. Once you go, you will want to return again and again.

My husband and frequently dine at nice restaurants. My passion is cooking and this provides me the opportunity to taste different cuisines and then recreate them at home. We recently had the pleasure of having dinner at Main Street Coastal Cuisine. After being seated, our waitress promptly appeared to take our drink order. She returned with our beverages and delicious warm bread with butter. We ordered the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese for an appetizer. We have had this dish at other restaurants in the past, but this one beats them all. First, the cheeses were incorporated just right, so not to stick together like glue. Second, there was lobster meat in the dish. Not small tiny pieces, but nice size pieces. When we received our entrees, everything was prepared exactly the way we requested. They are very flexible in ways to prepare seafood. We are very picky when it comes to dining out. If we are dissatisfied, then we ensure the establishment manager/owner is made aware of the situation. When we are delighted, we are also quick to speak up. We did relay our delight to the owner, John. John was very appreciative of our remarks and welcomed us back again soon. Not to worry, John. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal. The owner John is very nice and seems to be focused on five star quality and service. The peel and eat shrimp and the fried oysters were great! We will definitely be back!!

Best fish & chips in North Georgia! Beer battered cod on a bowl of French fries that were too hot to eat when first served! Very tasty & reasonably priced lunch!

5 people fed 5 people very happy! Tasted great 2 had fish and chips 1 had shrimp n grits 1 lobster roll sandwich and linguini da Mari. All great!
